Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of Python data applications and tools within the organization
- Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their Python coding and data handling skills
- Participate in requirement analysis sessions and contribute technical expertise for project planning
- Develop and enforce coding standards and development guidelines for Python projects
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements and deliverables
- Manage version control and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of Python solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processing and automation workflows
Requirements
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Python to design, develop, and optimize datadriven solutions within the PythonData skill cluster.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Python and Spark
- Experience in designing and developing robust Python applications for data processing and analytics
- Knowledge of scalable data pipelines and automation of data workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Python coding and best practices such as unit testing and code reviews
- Ability to stay updated with emerging Python technologies and data processing frameworks
