Success factors (first 12-24 months)

• Benefits Pro: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge about all benefit offerings and manages enrollment, processing, and reporting. Direct liaison with benefits broker and collaborates with other members of the People team to ensure proper administration.
• Team Member Experience Maker: Facilitates the leave of absence process, providing clear guidance to team members and ensuring smooth navigation of the process. Sets the standard for responsiveness and service.
• Information Seeker: Monitors benefit offerings for emerging themes and industry trends, recommending enhancements and exploring additional reporting and tools. Continually improves documentation, collaboration, and communication processes.
• Compliance Aficionado: Understands legal considerations and regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance during annual audits. Protects team members' privacy and data, improving ways of managing sensitive information.
• Have Fun!: Exemplifies work-life integration and balance, understands the importance of having fun at work, and contributes to a fun and inclusive atmosphere through daily interactions.

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in team member benefits
• Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably experience with Dayforce and ADP
• Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws impacting benefits and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
