Senior Specialist - Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and event driven architectures
• Build integrations with blockchain networks, digital wallets, custody platforms, and settlement systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to deliver business requirements
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CICD, and production support activities
• Support cloud native deployments and modernization initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong Java 8, 11, 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development experience
• Handson experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event streaming platforms
• Knowledge of Digital Assets, Tokenization, Cryptocurrency Custody, and Blockchain ecosystems
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of secure coding, authentication, and API security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Experience in BFSI, Capital Markets, FinTech, or Digital Asset platforms preferred
• PREFERRED: Domain experience in Digital Asset Platforms, Tokenization, Custody Solutions, Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Capital Markets Trading Systems, Banking, and Financial Services

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
