Senior Specialist - Architecture
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and event driven architectures
- Build integrations with blockchain networks, digital wallets, custody platforms, and settlement systems
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to deliver business requirements
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, CICD, and production support activities
- Support cloud native deployments and modernization initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong Java 8, 11, 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development experience
- Handson experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event streaming platforms
- Knowledge of Digital Assets, Tokenization, Cryptocurrency Custody, and Blockchain ecosystems
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, and API security
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Experience in BFSI, Capital Markets, FinTech, or Digital Asset platforms preferred
- PREFERRED: Domain experience in Digital Asset Platforms, Tokenization, Custody Solutions, Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Capital Markets Trading Systems, Banking, and Financial Services
