Senior Specialist - Architecture

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Design and consume REST APIs and event-driven services.
• Work on Banking or Financial Services applications, particularly in areas such as payments, custody, middle office, or capital markets.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum environments with global teams.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.
• Interact with business and technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8, 11, or 17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven services.
• Experience with Banking or Financial Services applications (payments, custody, middle office, or capital markets preferred).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-availability enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
