Senior Sous Chef - Hilton Columbus Downtown

Responsibilities

• Contribute to seamless kitchen operations: Leverage broad outlet-specific expertise in all kitchen stations to step into different roles as needed, providing flexible support across the kitchen
• Assist with food preparation: Support meal production across all kitchen areas during assigned shifts, ensuring quality and consistency
• Monitor food quality: Visually inspect ingredients, dishes, and presentations to ensure high quality and consistency standards
• Support kitchen efficiency: Assist the Chef/Sous Chef with receiving orders, managing inventory, and maintaining clean and organized storage areas
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
