We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting includes: Hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday) Remote. That's schedule info. Compensation: salary range and AIP. So Pay and Schedule sections can be included. Benefits: they list benefits under "ABOUT US" after description. So Benefits section can be included. Responsibilities: essential functions list. Requirements: required skills, knowledge & experience. Qualifications: education. Skills: maybe combine required skills? But we have separate sections: Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. We need to decide what content goes where. The posting includes "Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:" which is a list of skills and experience. Also "Education:" with required and preferred. Also "Preferred" certifications. So we can put Skills section for the required skills list. Requirements could be the experience (7+ years etc). Qualifications could be education and certifications. However we must avoid duplication. Let's parse: - Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Remote => Schedule section. - Compensation: salary range and AIP => Pay section. - Essential Functions: list of duties => Responsibilities section. - Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience: list => Skills section (or Requirements). We'll treat as Skills. - Education: Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering Preferred Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) Preferred Certified in Supply Management (CSM) Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) => Qualifications section. - Benefits: list under "ABOUT US" => Benefits section. - About the role? Could be a brief paragraph about role? The posting starts with "JOB DESCRIPTION Join S&C to make an impact on tomorrow’s energy challenges and become an employee-owner". That's a bit of overview. Could be About the role. We'll include About the role section with that paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract content: Overview paragraph: "JOB DESCRIPTION Join S&C to make an impact on tomorrow’s energy challenges and become an employee-owner". Actually that's the first line. Might be considered tagline. We'll include as About the role. Hours: "Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Remote" Compensation: "Remote Compensation: At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $128,084 - $192,126 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria." We'll keep that. Essential Functions: list bullet points (they are sentences). We'll convert to
  • . Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience: list of bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll split into items. Education: list. Benefits: list under "ABOUT US": Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical & Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, , Health Savings Account (HSA), Group Life Insurance, optional Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance, Wellbeing Resources including Employee Assistance Program and Family Forming Benefits (i.e., Adoption and Fertility support) Leave Benefits: Vacation Time, Sick Time, Paid Holidays and Company Shutdown days, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Other Leaves, Paid Parental Time and Military Leave Retirement Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Savings and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (KSOP) offering traditional and Roth 401(k) options and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) component; KSOP participants can receive annual ESOP company contributions of over 11% of eligible earnings (3% Core, up to 3.5% Match, Variable Periodic). We'll format as list. Also there is "ABOUT THE TEAM" paragraph: could be omitted? It's not required sections but could be considered About the role? Might be extra. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include About the role (overview) and maybe skip About the team. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. The About the team paragraph is substantive. Where to put? Could be part of About the role? Might be okay to add another section like "About the Team". But allowed headings list includes only specific ones; we should not create new headings not in list. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should stick to those? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add About the Team heading. We could incorporate that paragraph into About the role section. That would preserve info. Thus About the role will contain the overview + About the team paragraph. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
