We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: The initial paragraph(s) describing role: "We are seeking a Senior Solutions Manager, Tax & Audit AI FDE to lead product strategy, customer discovery, and execution for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements across the Tax, Audit & Accounting domain. In this role, you will own the product direction and technical execution of complex engagements, working directly with customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, commercial segments, domain experts, and core product teams. You will combine customer discovery, disciplined delivery, domain fluency, and strategic judgment to translate high-value tax, audit, and accounting workflows into well-defined solutions and scalable capabilities for CoCounsel Tax and the broader AI-native portfolio. You will ensure bespoke solutions and integration patterns create immediate customer value, are validated for professional-grade trust and quality, and are intentionally productized into repeatable capabilities over time." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The list under "Key Responsibilities". We need to capture bullet points. - Requirements: There's "Required Qualifications". Also "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what to put where. Typically "Required Qualifications" goes under Requirements or Qualifications. "Preferred Qualifications" maybe under Qualifications or Skills. "Skills" could be derived from preferred qualifications like domain understanding, hands-on experience with generative AI, etc. But we must not invent; we can list them as items under Skills if they are explicit. We have "Preferred Qualifications" bullet list: Strong domain understanding..., Hands-on experience..., Familiarity..., Proven track record... We could put those under Skills or Qualifications. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed, we could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could combine. We also have "What’s in it For You?" section with benefits etc. That includes Hybrid Work Model, Flexibility & Work-Life Balance, Career Development and Growth, Industry Competitive Benefits, Culture, Social Impact, Making a Real-World Impact, etc. Also later there is extensive benefits description (health, dental, etc.) and pay range. We need Benefits section: include all benefits described (flexible vacation, mental health days, Headspace, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs, resources for mental/physical/financial wellbeing, etc.) Also the later detailed benefits: health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k match, vacation, sick and safe paid time off, paid holidays (including two company mental health days off), parental leave, sabbatical leave, optional hospital, accident and sickness insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts, fitness reimbursement, access to Employee Assistance Program, Group Legal Identity Theft Protection benefit, access to 529 Plan, commuter benefits, Adoption & Surrogacy Assistance, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. Pay section: The posting includes base compensation range: "The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $115,300 USD - $214,100 USD. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $108,000 CAD - $158,000 CAD." Also mention Annual Bonus based on enterprise and individual performance. We need Pay section with that info. Schedule: The posting mentions Hybrid Work Model, Flex My Way, work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year. That's schedule/flexibility. So we can include Schedule section with hybrid work model, flexibility, work from anywhere up to 8 weeks per year. We must not include sections with placeholder text. All sections we include must have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About Us" maybe? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Us" is not explicitly prohibited but might be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive about company; could be considered substantive? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Us" section is substantive about company mission. Might be okay to include? But we have limited headings; we could include it under About the role? Actually About the role already covers role description. About Us could be separate but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit everything into those. About Us could be omitted or folded into About the role? Probably we can omit as not required; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't say we must include About Us. The allowed headings list does not include About Us, so we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate some of that info into About the role or Benefits? But About Us is about company mission, not directly about role. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO etc. But it's still descriptive. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Us is not those. However we cannot add a heading not in list. Could we put it under About the role as a paragraph? Possibly we can add a paragraph after the role description about the company mission. That would preserve info without extra heading. That seems acceptable. Similarly, the "New Position: This position is open due to an existing vacancy..." is minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. Likely drop. Also "Our use of AI within the recruitment process" etc is boilerplate about AI in recruitment; could be considered legal? Might be considered boilerplate; we can drop. Also the long EEO statement at end: remove. Also "If you reside in the United States and require an accommodation..." is accommodation info; could be considered legal? Might be considered boilerplate; we can drop. Thus we will produce HTML with sections:

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, customer-facing product and solution architecture work across multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
  • Proven ability to convert ambiguous customer problems into clear product strategy, requirements, technical prioritization, and execution plans.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineering teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

  • Strong domain understanding of corporate tax departments, accounting firms, audit and assurance practices, finance functions, or adjacent professional-service environments.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic workflows, APIs, enterprise integrations, data ingestion, spreadsheet/calculation workflows, or document-intensive professional work.
  • Familiarity with domain workflows such as tax research, return preparation/review, tax advisory, direct/indirect tax, audit planning and testing, workpapers, financial reporting, technical accounting, or compliance.
  • Proven track record of moving bespoke customer implementations into reusable product capabilities or scalable delivery patterns across an AI-native product portfolio.

Skills

We could optionally list skills derived from preferred qualifications, but we already have Qualifications. Could we put Skills empty? Better to omit Skills section if no specific skills beyond those. But we could combine preferred qualifications into Skills. However we already used Qualifications for preferred qualifications. Could we put Skills as empty? Better to omit Skills section if not needed. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So if we don't have distinct Skills content beyond what's in Qualifications, we can omit Skills.
