Solutions Architecture & SME
Drive Deals and Revenue:
- Partner closely with Account Executives & Solutions Engineers on large deals and progress deals of all sizes by addressing customer's technical concerns through deep-dive sessions.
- Work closely with sales leaders to drive revenue through new sales campaigns and removing deal-specific roadblocks.
Create Solution Architecture:
- “Big picture” solution architecture that’s both grounded in technical realities and drives the conversation into Business Value Realization strategies.
- Gain alignment amongst customer stakeholders on it and then own this big picture into post-sales.
Be a Technical Enabler:
- Leverage your technical expertise to unblock both pre-sales and post-sales account teams behind the scenes.
- Contribute to the global Solutions Engineering community of practice through mentorship and influence.
Influence Product Strategy:
- Capture, distill, and prioritize field feedback and share with the Product team.
- Build influential, productive relationships with engineering and product teams to address gaps, double down on strengths, and steer product direction.
Create and Deliver Compelling Content:
- Create and confidently deliver innovative content and technical presentations on product positioning, differentiators, and best practices for Snykers, business partners, and customers.
- This includes speaking to and engaging large audiences (50+ attendees) both in-person and virtually.
