Senior Solutions Engineer - West

About The Role

Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada). Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA. Full-time permanent exempt position.

Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area:

• United States (USD):
  • Zone A: $178,000 - $210,000
  • Zone B: $166,500 - $196,000
  • Zone C: $156,500 - $184,000
• Canada (CAD): 174,500 - 205,000 (ON & BC)

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, including both sales commissions target and annual base salary. This range may include several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 3-4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow, ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate.
• Influence product direction for short and long-term success by representing the customer voice.
• Support cross-functional initiatives that advance Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone.
• Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally.
• Know how to drive a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
• Creatively problem-solve with AI where appropriate.
