Senior Solutions Engineer - West

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support customer opportunities
• Guide customers through the company evaluation process
• Conduct deep discovery and solution design
• Present product benefits through effective storytelling
• Lead workshops and trials for prospective clients
• Influence product direction based on customer feedback
• Support initiatives to advance the company’s mission

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer
• Ability to drive a consultative approach in problem-solving
• Proficiency in APIs and web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent storytelling skills in discovery and product demonstrations
• Strong communication skills (written, visual, verbal)
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities
