Senior Solutions Engineer - SLED - So. California

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer - SLED - So. California to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on guiding public sector customers through technical sales engagements and solution adoption across the Southern California market. You will partner closely with account teams and decision-makers to translate business needs into secure, cloud-ready architectures that support customer outcomes. The position combines technical credibility, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful evaluations and long-term customer relationships. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $163,400 – $245,000 annually Responsibilities Communicate the value of the company's solutions in alignment with customer business outcomes Deliver technical sales activities including demos and POCs Qualify opportunities and identify key stakeholders Partner with account teams to engage decision-makers Act as a trusted advisor to guide solution adoption Provide high-quality engagement across the customer lifecycle Lead the design of solutions for cloud-native architectures Qualifications 5+ years of related industry experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with similar solution deployment is a plus Background in security, network, and/or infrastructure engineering Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits Incentive compensation and bonus potential Restricted stock units offered Comprehensive benefits package Flexible working arrangements Ongoing professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
