Senior Solutions Engineer, Public Sector - West Coast

This position leads continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The role offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and drive discovery conversations
• Deliver tailored high-impact demonstrations targeting executive-level decisions
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear, compelling solutions
• Develop expertise in the competitive landscape for strategic opportunities
• Establish authority on current platform while discussing future innovations
• Collaborate on RFIs and RFPs to position the company as a top partner
• Ensure customer insights inform continuous improvement across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role for Enterprise-level Public Sector sales
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
• Customer-facing pre-sales experience with willingness to travel 30%+
• Knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and solutions engineering methodologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for influencing technical and executive audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design

Pay

$170,000 – $220,000 annually
