Senior Solutions Engineer, In-App

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, In-App to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will focus on guiding strategic publisher integrations from initial scoping through launch and ongoing monetization support. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to remove technical blockers, improve in-app impression growth, and shape integration standards that support scalable performance. The position also plays a key role in translating complex technical needs into practical solutions that help publishers succeed in a high-volume environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Onboard strategic publishers efficiently from signing to live impressions Manage flagship publisher integrations from scoping to monetization post-launch Identify and resolve issues hindering in-app impression growth Develop bidding strategies that optimize eCPM and sustain performance during traffic scaling Create team standards for integration patterns and QA processes Collaborate cross-functionally to align publisher needs with technical solutions Provide feedback for SDK improvements based on integration experiences Qualifications Expert in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript with strong data structures and algorithms knowledge Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices for high-volume traffic Familiarity with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Skilled in Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and system performance optimization Demonstrates strong ownership and strategic technical judgment in project management Effective communicator of complex concepts to diverse audiences Resilient and action-oriented with the ability to manage large projects Benefits Flexible work environment encouraging remote or hybrid arrangements Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and advance careers Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support project success Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
