Senior Solutions Engineer, First Party Casualty

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing expert on first party casualty claims operations.
• Lead highly complex carrier process reviews by conducting prospective client interviews.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and solution designs.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple levels (frontline adjusters through senior executives).
• Articulate industry best practices and benchmark client operations against them.
• Document configuration requirements, integration needs, and technical constraints.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Guide technical discovery across the sales cycle.
• Create clear technical narratives and reusable enablement materials.
• Anticipate client objections and provide credible, well-supported responses.
• Contribute to scalable tools, templates, and processes to improve pre-sales efficiency.
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on carrier-side experience in first party casualty claims operations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
