Senior Solutions Engineer - Federal Civilian

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process from initial meetings to post-sales support
• Support customers by discovering new use cases for the company technologies
• Design tailored solutions using the company technology
• Demonstrate the company products decisively to drive customer approval
• Collaborate with Account Managers to showcase value for customers
• Present product roadmaps and inspire innovative thinking in clients
• Engage with other company teams to maintain unified communication for customers

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in pre-sales contexts
• Proficiency in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
• Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Data Engineering technologies
• Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private cloud infrastructures
• Strong understanding of federal civilian agencies' regulations and data requirements
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Clearance (DOE Q) preferred, highlighting familiarity with security frameworks

Pay

$171,000 – $205,000 annually
