Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM (Eastern/Central)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Qualify and validate technical requirements to ensure solution fit with customer's strategic priorities
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and resolving issues timely
• Lead technical validation for sales opportunities, showcasing product expertise
• Drive company solution adoption and identify new business opportunities
• Provide expert technical advice based on industry and market knowledge

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting an enterprise PLM software
• Knowledge of enterprise software implementation and governance
• Desirable knowledge in product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes
• Preferred experience with company solutions
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Pay

$103,500 – $155,250 annually
