Solutions Consultant

Cvent is seeking a Solutions Consultant for our Hospitality Cloud business unit. This role involves demonstrating and sharing the value of Cvent's software solutions, particularly in the context of Supplier & Venue Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and share the value of more technical aspects and components of Cvent's software solutions
• Run all product training for new sales hires and internal sales transfers
• Build product pipeline by proactively identifying new business opportunities
• Aid other sales reps with engagement throughout the sales cycle
• Assist current customers with understanding detailed product information related to their needs
• Drive the process of helping prospective customers understand detailed product information
• Excel at developing relationships over the phone
• Multi-task in a dynamic environment while working with many teams
• Manage schedule and follow up effectively
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Contribute to team initiatives
• Be proficient in using general office software applications
• Have experience using sales automation products like Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools like Zoom
• Experience using Cvent software products (such as Cvent Passkey, Cvent Transient, Cvent Event Diagramming and Interactive Floorplans, Cvent Business Intelligence) is a plus

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general office software applications
• Experience using sales automation products such as Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools like Zoom
• Experience using Cvent software products (such as Cvent Passkey, Cvent Transient, Cvent Event Diagramming and Interactive Floorplans, Cvent Business Intelligence) is a plus

Pay

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $75,000-$100,000 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
