About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant, BFSI based in the United States. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing presales organization at the forefront of AI, data intelligence, and low-code innovation within the banking and financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and qualification engagements with business and technical stakeholders to identify challenges, define success criteria, and assess organizational readiness for transformation initiatives.
- Design and architect tailored solutions that integrate AI, analytics, low-code applications, knowledge graphs, and existing enterprise systems.
- Deliver customized demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations that clearly articulate business value and technical capabilities.
- Own the technical strategy throughout the sales cycle, serving as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, technical champions, and delivery teams.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, architecture assessments, and security evaluations by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, maintain momentum, and facilitate successful solution adoption.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in financial services, AI, data management, and regulatory requirements to strengthen customer engagements and market positioning.
- Contribute to reusable assets, enablement initiatives, thought leadership activities, and participation in customer and industry events.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations and establish credibility with both executive and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical presales, solutions consulting, solution engineering, or solution architecture roles.
- Direct experience working with banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, payments, wealth management, or capital markets organizations.
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: enterprise knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, AI and machine learning, analytics platforms, or low-code application development.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, identity management, security, and deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience leading workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, Stardog, Dataiku, DataRobot, Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial services use cases including fraud detection, financial crime, KYC, risk management, regulatory reporting, customer intelligence, onboarding, or market surveillance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ontology modeling, RDF, SPARQL, GraphRAG, model governance, or agent orchestration frameworks is considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
