Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with prospects to identify pain points, business goals, and key use cases.
- Align Creatio’s platform capabilities with prospect requirements, positioning no-code automation, AI-driven workflows, and CRM functionalities effectively.
- Develop value-driven demos, leveraging storytelling techniques to connect with different personas (C-suite, IT, end-users).
- Deliver engaging, industry-specific demos, adapting content for each audience and addressing technical objections.
- Deliver product demos and technical briefs for key customer accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for digital transformation with a low-code/no-code CRM.
- Work closely with Account Executives to strategize on deal progression and competitive positioning.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, demo libraries, and best practices for presales teams.
- Stay updated on Creatio’s latest features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS (CRM, BPM, or automation solutions preferred).
- Strong expertise in business process automation, CRM platforms, or customer experience solutions.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through customized demos.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers.
- In-depth knowledge of the North American market dynamics, including industry trends, and competitor landscape. Experience in financial services preferred.
- Storytelling mindset – ability to create engaging, value-driven narratives in demos.
- Curiosity & problem-solving – proactive approach to understanding customer needs.
- Collaboration & adaptability – ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, AI automation, or API integrations is a plus.
- Experience working with and designing database solutions is a plus.
