Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on the company platform for customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales to identify customer-oriented solutions and risks
- Conduct in-depth discovery to qualify opportunities in the sales process
- Participate in product demonstrations to showcase business value
- Communicate customer pains and requirements to the onboarding and implementation teams
- Continuously learn new sales trends and technology to build credibility
- Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experiences and platform offerings
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting
- Ability to ask insightful questions to uncover customer pain points
- Skilled at translating customer use cases into value-based solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to build industry credibility through continuous learning
Pay
$135,000 – $170,000 annually
