About the role

Join our team as a Solutions Architect and help us accelerate the U.S. War Department business as part of the World Wide Public Sector practice. This role offers opportunities to work with innovative teams and develop your skills within a forward-thinking tech company.

Responsibilities

• Owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects
• Defining implementation architectures, responding to RFPs, and developing deep expertise in AWS technologies
• Being a subject matter expert on security as it relates to customer applications and services
• Providing thoughtful technical design and sensitivity to customer needs in Defense markets for cloud computing
• Led efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solution architect community
• Collaborating with and educating the brightest technical minds in the industry

Requirements

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 8+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 8+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• Travel up to 50% of the time
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Qualifications

• Executive speaking and presentation skills
• Technical experience in development/deployment, cloud computing, containerization, networking, generative AI, etc.
• Operational experience in web site/services operations, management, and security
• Economic and business experience in RFP/Acquisition support; Technical architecture; understanding market trends; cost benefit analysis
• Advisory/Consulting experience with War Department customers

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $153,600.00 - $207,800.00 USD annually.

Schedule

Up to 50% travel may be required.
