Senior Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, technical landscape, and cloud transformation goals.
• Lead discovery workshops and perform assessments for infrastructure, applications, databases, and cloud environments.
• Design end-to-end AWS cloud migration, modernization, and managed services solutions.
• Create migration strategies including rehost, replatform, refactor, retire, and retain approaches.
• Develop high-quality solution architectures, proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including client meetings, technical discussions, and executive presentations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.
• Define transition, transformation, and managed services operating models, including SLAs, governance, support processes, and automation.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers from sales to execution.
• Build reusable solution assets, proposal templates, estimation models, and reference architectures.
• Stay current with AWS services, cloud-native technologies, AI-powered operations, security, and industry best practices.

Prefered Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in cloud consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience leading cloud transformation engagements for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of managed services and cloud operations.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
