Senior Solution Consultant: Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• The Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect leads architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution, ensuring mission-critical programs are set up for measurable outcomes.
• This role drives program vision and advises on technologies including the Salesforce platform, identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• The Solution Architect works collaboratively, communicating complex concepts effectively, and guiding customers and colleagues in adopting new technologies that enhance business value.
• They identify and proactively manage risk areas, committing to resolving issues thoroughly.
• An expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, they translate current-state complexity into clear target-state designs, addressing capability gaps, and delivering solutions that meet critical business and mission outcomes.
• The Solution Architect leads discovery sessions, defines business requirements, writes user stories, and provides detailed system and functional designs.
• They document business processes and wire-frame system designs using tools like process flow diagrams, UML, sequence diagrams, and recommend future state improvements.
• With strong presentation and communication skills, they effectively present ideas to various stakeholders and articulate the rationale behind their recommendations.
• The Solution Architect is resourceful and innovative, capable of solving problems and working through challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
• They have hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions and the Salesforce Platform, demonstrating success throughout the entire lifecycle of projects.
• The Solution Architect serves as a trusted advisor to clients, conveying and convincing them of best practices at all levels within large organizations.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
• A Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degrees).
• Experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle with demonstrated success.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.
• U.S. citizenship is contractually required.

Qualifications

• Extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, and other relevant qualifications will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role.
• Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions and the Omni Studio.

The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00 - $176,000.00. Benefits include:
