About the role

The Senior Solution Consultant: Business Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that help organizations achieve critical business and mission objectives. This role combines solution consulting, business analysis, architecture, and client engagement to support complex digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and recommending technology strategies that deliver measurable value.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather business requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, system designs, and implementation approaches aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive program vision and strategy while supporting the adoption of enterprise platforms and emerging technologies.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration strategies, and architectural best practices.
• Review and improve project direction, methodologies, and key deliverables to ensure solutions remain scalable and maintainable.
• Create business process documentation, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and technical design materials.
• Present recommendations and solution strategies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the continued development of consulting capabilities.
• Support public sector digital transformation initiatives and help clients modernize business processes.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise, enterprise architecture knowledge, and strong consulting experience.
• This individual should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, leading complex discussions, and translating business objectives into effective technology solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, solution architecture, or related technology roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education.
• Experience delivering enterprise architecture or consulting engagements throughout the full technology lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform, including solution design, architecture, configuration, and implementation strategy.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, defining requirements, developing user stories, and creating functional designs.
• A strong understanding of business process improvement, system design, and technology modernization approaches.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong presentation, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience supporting public sector digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
