Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution development for complex pursuits across the Mission Technology Solutions portfolio.
- Shape customer requirements through early engagement, market research, and identification of competitive discriminators.
- Develop proposal content, including technical volumes, white papers, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and respond to RFIs and market surveys.
- Apply advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile software development, Smart Asset Management, Digital Logistics, and Cloud architectures, with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity and System of Systems integration.
- Mentor and build teams, fostering collaboration and innovation across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Eligibility to obtain a public trust security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of industry experience, including 12+ years of industry experience and 6+ years of business development experience.
- Proven experience in one or more mission areas: Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution development for complex proposals.
- Experience writing technical volumes, whitepapers, and developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Ability to respond to RFIs, market surveys, and support customer shaping efforts.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and engage stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with customers and internal leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong background in multiple technical disciplines and areas of expertise, including Cybersecurity, System of Systems integration, IT infrastructure, Cloud, Autonomy, Data Analytics/AI, Agile Software Development, Digital Engineering including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), or DevSecOps.
- Active security clearance (desired).

Pay
Basic compensation range: $180,000.00 - $271,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, sign-on bonuses, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
