Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HP’s consumer software and service ecosystem
  • Lead 0→1 development of new software experiences across commerce, entertainment, utilities, and advertising
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and business cases to senior leadership (VP-level and above)
  • Platform & Ecosystem Development
    • Oversee product areas including: Commerce (cashback, subscriptions, payments), Entertainment (video, music services), Utility (e.g., password management), Advertisement and marketing platforms
    • Data pipelines and infrastructure
    • Ensure seamless integration across Windows, web, and HP software ecosystem
  • Customer Experience & Technical Collaboration
    • Partner with design teams to define end-to-end user experiences
    • Collaborate with engineering to define technical architecture and deliver scalable, high-quality software
    • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of the platform in partnership with engineering and security teams
  • Data, Insights & Growth
    • Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics, insights, and experimentation
    • Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize user engagement and monetization
    • Continuously improve products through customer insights and behavioral data analysis
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Work closely with: Data science teams to build intelligent, personalized experiences, Finance and accounting teams to develop financial models and business cases, Legal, privacy, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements, Marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, Engage with external partners to integrate third-party services into HP’s ecosystem
  • Program & Stakeholder Management
    • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across a global organization
    • Align diverse stakeholders and drive execution in ambiguous and fast-moving environments

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in software product management, with experience in one or more of the following: Commerce platforms, PC utilities, Digital entertainment services, Advertising or marketing technology
    • Strong expertise in: Product strategy and roadmap development, Customer research and insight generation, Software development processes (Agile, Scrum)
    • Solid understanding of: Desktop PC user experience and Windows ecosystem, Data analytics and experimentation (A/B testing), Marketing and advertising systems
    • Proven ability to: Drive complex programs across cross-functional teams, Communicate effectively with senior leadership through presentations and documentation, Navigate ambiguity and scale execution in large organizations

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with: Windows application development and PC platform ecosystem, Subscription services, ad-tech, or digital media platforms
    • Knowledge of: UX design principles (customer journeys, wireframing, usability), Product marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
    • Legal, privacy, and compliance in digital platforms
    • Strong background in: Data-driven product development and growth strategies, Advertising and marketing financial models
    • Experience in: Business development and partner ecosystem management, MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus

      • Define and deliver a clear, compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with executive stakeholders
      • Launch and scale high-quality, secure, and engaging software experiences for HP customers
      • Establish and grow sustainable revenue streams across multiple product areas
      • Drive measurable improvements in: User engagement, Customer satisfaction, Revenue growth
      • Play a key role in building a holistic HP consumer software ecosystem that enhances the PC experience

      Pay Range

      The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
