Responsibilities
- Works closely with cross-functional team to understand problems and define requirements.
- Creates and manages strategic roadmaps for product releases.
- Manages expectations and communicates risks to stakeholders.
- Gathers feedback from various sources to inform product development.
- Participates in vendor selection processes.
- Ensures product quality through testing and user acceptance testing.
- Mentors less experienced Product Managers.
- Uses data and insights to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- Provides strategic direction to less senior Product Managers.
- Acts as Product Lead on one or more projects.
- Communicates the impact of the product on the platform and business.
- Makes priority decisions based on business goals, market demand, and user needs.
- Evaluates trade-offs to ensure maximum value to users.
- Crafts business cases, ROI analyses, and manages project prioritization.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner. A Master's Degree is preferred, along with experience in Education Technology.
Qualifications
Must have strong leadership instincts, a positive team-building approach, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in agile environments and professional product certifications are beneficial.
Skills
Expertise in product discovery techniques, ability to assess product health, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay
$143,700.00 - $222,700.00 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, regular position with 40 standard weekly hours.
