Responsibilities

  • Works closely with cross-functional team to understand problems and define requirements.
  • Creates and manages strategic roadmaps for product releases.
  • Manages expectations and communicates risks to stakeholders.
  • Gathers feedback from various sources to inform product development.
  • Participates in vendor selection processes.
  • Ensures product quality through testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Mentors less experienced Product Managers.
  • Uses data and insights to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
  • Provides strategic direction to less senior Product Managers.
  • Acts as Product Lead on one or more projects.
  • Communicates the impact of the product on the platform and business.
  • Makes priority decisions based on business goals, market demand, and user needs.
  • Evaluates trade-offs to ensure maximum value to users.
  • Crafts business cases, ROI analyses, and manages project prioritization.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner. A Master's Degree is preferred, along with experience in Education Technology.

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership instincts, a positive team-building approach, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in agile environments and professional product certifications are beneficial.

Skills

Expertise in product discovery techniques, ability to assess product health, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

$143,700.00 - $222,700.00 annually.
