About the role

We are growing our US professional services team to meet the demands of our expanding enterprise customer base, and we're looking for a senior team member experienced in driving complex software implementation projects. Dayshape is a highly complex and configurable product — our implementation consultants bring a consultative mindset and deep expertise in leading scoping workshops with Resource Management and IT teams, hands-on data mapping and configuration, and a genuine understanding of the big picture to ensure customers get the most out of our product. You will enjoy winning the hearts and minds of senior customer stakeholders and leveraging your experience to develop internal and external processes. Above all else, you will be a problem-solver, independently figuring out how to solve novel challenges and bring about business transformation that will deliver on our purpose to improve people's working lives. You will be joining a fast-growing US professional services team — we've grown to a team of nine in just 18 months.
