What you’ll do
- Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
- Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site
- Create interactive experiences that drive site engagement
- Unblock yourself when design resources are constrained
- Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation
What you need
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site
- Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (we use Next.js and Tailwind)
- A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work
- Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows
- Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
- Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with web animations (e.g., GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling
- Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Sanity)
