Responsibilities
- Pioneer AI integration within engineering tools and product features
- Architect and develop a scalable performance testing platform with reliable SLAs
- Design and implement user-facing features and services collaboratively
- Enhance testing frameworks to improve engineering team self-service capabilities
- Evaluate third-party tools and mentor engineers to boost team performance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development, 3+ years in performance tooling or shared services
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft.NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL
- Proven experience building scalable performance testing and monitoring services
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven tool integration and reliability in AI systems
- Proficient with Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong grasp of testing methodologies, including Test Pyramid and Agile Test Quadrants
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field
