Senior Software Engineer (Telework Available)

Position Overview

Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a priority program in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience building and testing software components in an Agile environment, producing clear technical documentation, and ensuring high-quality code.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus Fourteen (14) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes.
• Eighteen (18) years total of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
• Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software
• Experience with the following software development skills: Git, Java, C++, Python, relational database, such as Postgres SQL, Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Pay

Salary range for this position: $190,000-$195,000
