Revolutionize how a niche B2B vertical operates by delivering highly automated and modern enterprise software to organizations across the United States. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity to work on high-impact products built with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL. As the platform continues to grow its market presence, you’ll join a highly technical team where your work will make it to production quickly and directly impact end users. The team offers significant ownership, the ability to influence technical strategy and architecture, mentorship opportunities, and a culture that prioritizes smart work over long hours.

Responsibilities

• 40% PHP / Laravel Development
• 30% Vue.js / React Front-End Development
• 20% Database Design and Optimization (MySQL)
• 10% Architecture and Technical Leadership

Daily breakdown:

• 80% Hands-On Development
• 10% Mentorship and Leadership
• 10% Team Collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong full stack web development experience
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications
• Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL or comparable technologies such as React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience participating in code reviews and software design discussions
• Experience creating technical specifications and delivering complex features end to end
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Desired Skills

• SaaS or enterprise platform experience
• MVC architecture experience
• Experience influencing software architecture and technical strategy
• Experience with React, Node.js, Angular, Ember, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server
• Experience leading engineering grooming sessions and estimation efforts
• Experience conducting technical interviews
• Startup or high-growth company experience
