Senior Software Engineer, Care Automation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Care Automation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building scalable backend systems that support customer care operations and agent workflows. You will own APIs, services, and integrations that connect internal and external systems in a complex technology environment. The work will require close partnership with product and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable automation, improve performance, and accelerate development efficiency.
