About the role
To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent
Responsibilities
- Supporting our Risk business with all reporting requirements they have.
- To ensure proper reporting we are using the Microstrategy BI Suite as well as making use of Power BI for our Market Risk reporting.
- Developing our own applications to support special requirements like PnL or VaR & Limit risk calculations, using a wide range of interesting technologies, like .Net core, Snowflake, AWS Cloud services, Python and more.
- Provide BI development and support to Risk departments in their daily reporting work by gathering requirements, designing, developing and implementing new requirements and change requests within the Microstrategy & Power BI tool.
- Support with the existing BI & DWH knowledge the core development team.
- Create complex SQL-Statements, preferably in Snowflake.
- Provide support to business colleagues on questions regarding various IT platforms.
- Work closely within an agile international IT team (Germany, UK, Slovakia).
- Ensure implementation and adherence to coding standards and governance guidelines.
- Be able to explain, and demonstrate experience of applying various problem solving and decision making techniques.
Requirements
- University Degree preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Very good experience and working knowledge of MicroStrategy & PowerBI.
- Good communication techniques and self organising skills.
- Working calm under high pressure and taking ownership on managing multiple user requests.
- Open to travel at least once a year to Europe strengthen collaboration within the team and cross stakeholders.
- The ability to challenge team and stakeholders.
- Working experience with Python & Tableau would be beneficial.

- Hybrid Office environment - 3 days in office requirement.
- Salary range - $90,000 - $155,000
- Discretionary Bonus scheme
