Senior Software Engineer (AI Specialization)

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents for data interaction and automation
• Connect AI agents to MCP servers for backend system integration
• Develop AI agents for store management based on user intent
• Integrate AI features into the company control panel for natural language functionality
• Collaborate with designers and NLP experts to create engaging user experiences
• Rapidly prototype solutions for validating user needs
• Support internal tools for LLM fine-tuning and prompt processing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend/full-stack software development with an emphasis on AI and MCP systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Go programming language
• Experience building applications with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering principles
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and system data integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills suited for fast-paced environments
• Effective collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams
