Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, code and test backend software systems.
  • Ensure operational excellence and scale our data platform capabilities.
  • Work with other teams to build AI & data-driven GTM products
  • Maintain - Monitor proactive deal risks and insights
  • Play - Runs sales strategies
  • Research - Scale your research
  • Outreach - Launch automated campaigns

Requirements

  • 6+ years of industry experience building software at some (or all) levels of the stack (foundational infra, backend, UX).
  • Experience developing user-facing applications.
  • Experience in the Ads, Personalization, Sales, or similar domain.
  • An interest and/or experience in creating agentic AI and LLM use cases.
  • You are comfortable with hands-on programming.
  • You have a knack for communicating complex technical ideas with clarity and precision.

Pay

The pay range for this role is:

  • 159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
  • 159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
