Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code and test backend software systems.
- Ensure operational excellence and scale our data platform capabilities.
- Work with other teams to build AI & data-driven GTM products
- Maintain - Monitor proactive deal risks and insights
- Play - Runs sales strategies
- Research - Scale your research
- Outreach - Launch automated campaigns
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience building software at some (or all) levels of the stack (foundational infra, backend, UX).
- Experience developing user-facing applications.
- Experience in the Ads, Personalization, Sales, or similar domain.
- An interest and/or experience in creating agentic AI and LLM use cases.
- You are comfortable with hands-on programming.
- You have a knack for communicating complex technical ideas with clarity and precision.

Pay
The pay range for this role is:
- 159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
- 159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
