Senior Software Developer - Hybrid
About the role
The Senior ERP Software Developer uses a wide application of principles, theories, and technology concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to develop solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex development projects. Develop or enhance existing or proposed systems and devices.

Responsibilities
- Application design, development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle Cloudsuite FSCM and HCM, Oracle EBS/EPM, Oracle Redwood VBCS extensions, Oracle AI Agent Studio).
- Successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of experience in application design, development, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent education/experience.
- 2 years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance).
- 2 years of experience with large-scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects spanning multiple regions, geographies, and business process areas.
Pay
- California: Humboldt: $54.40 - $85.88 per hour
- California: All Northern California (except Humboldt): $61.04 - $96.35 per hour
- California: All Southern California (except Bakersfield): $54.40 - $85.88 per hour
- California: Bakersfield: $52.19 - $82.39 per hour
- Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: $48.65 - $76.80 per hour
- Oregon: Portland Service Area: $52.19 - $82.39 per hour
- Washington: Western (except Tukwila): $54.40 - $85.88 per hour
- Washington: Southwest (Olympia, Centralia & below): $52.19 - $82.39 per hour
- Washington: Tukwila: $54.40 - $85.88 per hour
- Washington: Eastern: $46.44 - $73.31 per hour
- Washington: Southeastern: $48.65 - $76.80 per hour
These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
