Senior Software Developer - Hybrid
About the role
The Senior ERP Software Developer uses a wide application of principles, theories, and technology concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, nurse scheduling, and IS business processes and ERP systems to develop solutions to diverse and difficult problems. This role may lead medium projects and work teams and will work on complex development projects, developing or enhancing existing or proposed systems and devices.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Oracle Cloudsuite FSCM and HCM, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.), Oracle Redwood VBCS extensions, and Oracle AI Agent Studio.
- Execute medium to complex projects, applying methodologies related to system deployment, support, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of experience in application design, development, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems.
- 2 years of demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent education/experience.
- 2 years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance).
- 2 years of experience with large-scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects spanning multiple regions, geographies, and business process areas.
Pay
Salary ranges vary by location:
- California:
- Humboldt: $54.40 – $85.88 per hour
- All Northern California (except Humboldt): $61.04 – $96.35 per hour
- All Southern California (except Bakersfield): $54.40 – $85.88 per hour
- Bakersfield: $52.19 – $82.39 per hour
- Oregon:
- Non-Portland Service Area: $48.65 – $76.80 per hour
- Portland Service Area: $52.19 – $82.39 per hour
- Washington:
- Western (except Tukwila): $54.40 – $85.88 per hour
- Southwest (Olympia, Centralia & below): $52.19 – $82.39 per hour
- Tukwila: $54.40 – $85.88 per hour
- Eastern: $46.44 – $73.31 per hour
- Southeastern: $48.65 – $76.80 per hour
These amounts are the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
