- 10+ years of experience in software architecture
- A strong background in Java
- A love for working in Agile environments
- The ability to translate vision into practical, technical reality
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- A people-centric mindset combined with a hands-on approach and best-in-class expertise
- Build smart, responsible solutions that solve real-world challenges and create meaningful impact
- Focus on knowledge sharing through internal training, knowledge sessions, and active knowledge sharing
