About the role
We are seeking a Digital Product Management (DPM) Development Systems Engineer II to lead projects, enhance systems, and support the DPM portfolio across automotive, power sports, and power equipment sectors.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership
- Coordinating with international teams and vendors
- Supporting engineering tools like CAD, CAE, CAM, and PLM applications
- Implementing next-generation CAD and PLM solutions
- Developing strategies
- Managing project budgets
- Defining support metrics to ensure quality and performance
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Supporting large initiatives
- Sharing best practices across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related STEM field
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Expertise in product design, manufacturing principles, PLM applications, mechanical engineering concepts, and IT disciplines such as programming and database management

Schedule
