Senior Social Editor -Social Media Content Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve short-form video content for quality, engagement, and platform optimization.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Social Editors on editing, storytelling, pacing, and social best practices.
• Manage content production workflows, priorities, deadlines, and asset delivery.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for AI-powered video editing tools and workflow optimization.
• Partner with publishing, marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute social content strategies.
• Develop SOPs, quality standards, and training programs to ensure consistency across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or social publishing.
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills.
• Strong expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media best practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
• Proficiency with AI-powered creative and content production tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience in entertainment, media, streaming, or digital publishing.
• Background managing high-volume content production environments.
• Experience with social analytics, reporting, and content performance optimization.
