About the role
The Senior Social Art Director delivers outstanding creative solutions that represent the agency’s luxury brands in the marketplace, with a focus on developing social creative for Lincoln. This role involves originating fresh, innovative ideas, translating concepts across multiple channels (with a primary focus on social), and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with agency and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas in a timely manner at all budget levels.
- Translate ideas across TV, digital, print, experiential, and branded content, with a primary focus on social.
- Ensure the quality of work produced aligns with agency and client expectations.
- Collaborate with all departments in a mutually respectful manner.
- Contribute to new business development, including ideation and pitch presentations.
- Maintain and support all company standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing social creative rooted in current culture, with a clear understanding and passion for the space.
- Social-first thinking for luxury brands, including nimble, cost-effective content that still feels premium.
- Strong conceptual abilities paired with an understanding of high-end production standards for luxury brands.
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, plus working knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects for in-house content creation and editing.
- Experience with automotive or luxury and premium brands preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, onsite at the New York agency 3 days per week.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $60,000—$140,000 USD.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence at the New York agency 3 days per week. Teams are expected to be in the office an average of four days per week.
