Senior SI/PI Engineer - AI and Compute Server Design

For our client, we are seeking a Senior SI/PI Engineer - AI and Compute Server Design to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on signal and power integrity support for high-performance compute server designs, with an emphasis on enabling reliable high-speed interconnect performance. You will collaborate closely with Electrical Engineering and PCB Layout partners to define design guidelines, review routing strategies, and improve system-level performance. The position also involves simulation, debugging, and validation work that helps ensure robust design quality across complex architectures. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Perform SI/PI simulations to enhance high-speed interconnect performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design guidelines Review and optimize routing strategies for PCB and cable designs Resolve high-speed signal integrity issues across various architectures Utilize industry-standard tools for material selection and optimization Conduct debugging and validation to ensure design quality Ensure compliance with platform requirements throughout the design process Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulation Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Intel/AMD platform tools, ICAT, Seasim, and S2eye Strong understanding of high-speed interconnect and system-level performance Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering and PCB Layout Ability to define design guidelines and review routing strategies Familiarity with material selection and trace length optimization Solid debugging and measurement validation skills Benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Mental Health Care 401K with match Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days Tuition Reimbursement Perks at Work LEAP Program MyFlexPay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
