Senior ServiceNow Scrum Master with Security Clearance

About the role

Responsible for facilitating Agile development processes, ensuring team alignment with project goals, and managing cross-functional teams. Must have a current Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories
• Resolve conflicts and manage impediments within the team
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms
• Manage the transition from Agile to traditional project management methodologies as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements
• Current Top Secret clearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Scrum Master certification preferred
