Scrum Master with Security Clearance

About the role

The selected candidate will serve as a servant leader, facilitating Agile processes, promoting team collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products in a dynamic and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Support planning, execution, and release activities
• Ensure teams are prepared for technical reviews and program milestones
• Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other Scrum Masters
• Support secure environments requiring adherence to classified information handling procedures

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (Scrum Alliance)
• Experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Experience supporting and educating Product Owners
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification
• Experience supporting software testing activities
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Experience writing test utilities using programming languages
• Experience working in classified or secure DoD environments
