About the role

Join our team as a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect/Expert, where you will design and implement HRSD solutions in a hybrid or remote setting. This contract role requires expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on developing and optimizing HRSD modules to enhance user experience and streamline HR processes. Location: Merrifield, VA. Employment Type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HRSD solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions using scripting languages.
• Create reports and dashboards for insights into HR services and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to HR stakeholders and end-users.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience with HR case management solutions.
• 4 years of product development experience in HR Service Delivery.
• Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and integration best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
