Responsibilities
- Develops Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences.
- Implements REST/SOAP integrations.
- Supports releases, testing, and upgrades.
- Enforces platform governance and quality standards.
- Provides technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Deep ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD preferred).
Basic Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- 3+ years' experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.).
