About the role

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing high-value client relationships, overseeing a team of Technicians and Associate Service Managers (ASMs), and ensuring the ecological health and compliance of our clients’ aquatic systems.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing teams and client relationships
• Experience in aquatic ecosystem management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aquatic service management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of aquatic ecosystems and regulatory requirements
