SENIOR SERVICE MANAGER

Location: Laurel, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and leading all aspects of the Service Department across all locations
• Direct point of contact for all Service Managers
• Lead, mentor, and support Service Managers and service teams across all locations
• Establish performance expectations for Service Managers
• Be a part of all hiring, firing, warnings to employees, and performance evaluations for the service department
• Oversee daily road service operations
• Ensure efficient road service scheduling is being done on a daily basis
• Create and monitor service KPIs for Service Managers and team
• Serve as a point of contact for customers if escalated service issues arise
• Follow safety and compliance requirements throughout each location
• Fleet vehicle management
• Collaborate with parts, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 48 months of experience in the job offered or as a Service Manager
• Extensive experience with servicing heavy construction and mining equipment, including McCloskey brand equipment
• Demonstrated ability to manage equipment service teams
• Monthly trips to branch offices in Ashley, Pennsylvania; Mechanicsville, Virginia; and High Point, North Carolina

Schedule

Permanent position, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.

Pay

Salary $175,000.00 per year.
