About the role
The Senior Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality service solutions to clients. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitoring service performance, and addressing client inquiries and issues.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
